Two weekends ago I had the pleasure of working with Kristine and Mike in Nashville. Both members of the band the Skallywags, they drove me down for their engagement shoot on the same night of one of their shows. So not only did I get to take gorgeous pictures of them IN Nashville, but I also got a free show out of it as well!
We started off at the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge where Mike proposed to Kristine almost a year ago. Since it was twilight, the colors in these photos turned out gorgeous. Both soft and dramatic, each of these photos easily goes into my "favorites" folder.
The morning after the show, the three of us, accompanied by Regina, a long-time friend as well as sister to the bride-to-be, made our way to a park about 15 minutes away from their house. The four of us had so much fun capturing special, funny, and intimate moments between Mike and Kristine. Because at the end of the day, that's what it's about. It's not about posing, but about capturing the moments that matter.
I am SO excited for Kristine and Mike's wedding this summer! If this trip is any indication of what it'll be like, it will be a LOT of fun!
Thanks, Mike and Kristine for choosing ps photos!
